lesson 13

The Teachings of the Son of Man

If your faith in Jesus is true you can believe in this Son of man also, for he has testified of me. And I shall pray the Father and he shall give you another Paraclete, that he may abide with you forever. (John 14:16) Didn’t Jesus say, The Paraclete, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you? (John 14:26)

My doctrine becomes true only when I am true. The world has accepted Jesus only because he is the true Son of God. Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead (slaves of sin) shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and they that hear shall live (John 5:25) is an occasion when he called himself the Son of God and the world has accepted it.

My claiming that this doctrine is true is not as per my own will, but by the will of those who sent me. If you know the Heavenly Father and the Son, you shall know of this doctrine too, whether it be theirs or whether I speak of myself. He that speaks of himself seeks his own glory, but he that seeks the glory of those who send him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him. (John 7: 17-18)

The Heavenly Father

I can bear witness to the Father and the Son only if I possess true knowledge about them. We have already seen that the Heavenly Father or the God is the sum total of all Powers and knowledge (Spirit). This Supreme Power can’t be confined by a particular name or form.

Whoever possesses true wisdom is blessed with the Spirit. And the quest of mankind is the quest for the spirit. The scientists and scholars are in constant pursuit of the spirit that is governing this world, which in turn is a part of the Supreme Spirit or the Heavenly Father.

The Grace of God is on him who seeks Him. And whoever has will be blessed with more and from those who don’t have whatever they have will also be taken from them.

 Jesus, the Son of God

If Jesus and the Father are one and the same, why didn’t Jesus call himself God, but only as the Son of God?

The answer can be found in his own words. The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his Lord. (Matt 10:24-25). Jesus is a receiver of the Spirit and he can’t be above the Giver.

A second reason is his humility which can be seen in his words, When you are bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down at the highest room, lest a more honorable man than you be bidden of him. And he that bade you and him come and say to you, Give this man place; and you begin with shame to take the lowest room; that when he that bade you comes, he may say unto you, friend go up higher; then shall you have worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with you. For whosoever exalts himself shall be abased, and he that humbles himself shall be exalted. (Luke 14: 8-11)

Jesus who was blessed with Holy Spirit automatically became the Son of God, to whom Heavenly Secrets were revealed. At one time Jesus said, I thank you, O Father, Lord of Heaven and Earth, because you have hid these things from the wise and the prudent and have revealed them unto babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in your sight. All things are delivered unto me of my Father; and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whom so ever the Son will reveal him. (Matt 11:25-27)

Jesus taught us to humble ourselves till the Lord exalts us. The fact that he humbled himself to be ridiculed, mocked and crucified when the Heavenly Father was ready to send at least twelve legions of the heavenly forces in case he requested exemplifies his humbleness.

It is the Father who has to glorify the Son. Jesus lifted up his eyes to heaven and said, Father, the hour is come, glorify your Son that your Son also may glorify you. (John 17:1) And now, O Father, glorify you me with your own self with the glory which I had with you before the world was. (John 17:5) It is true that the Lord did glorify him.

Those who attain the wisdom and righteousness of Jesus will certainly be blessed with Holy Spirit and will achieve eternal life and dwell in the Kingdom of Heaven because they then become the Sons of God. Whosoever eats my flesh (wisdom/spirit) and drinks my blood (power) has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eats my flesh and drinks my blood dwells in me and I in him. As the living Father has sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eats me, even he shall live by me. This is that bread that came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eats of this bread shall live forever. (John 6: 54-58)

Was Jesus so confident that the Father would glorify him? Listen to his own words, For which of you, intending to build a tower, sits not down first and counts the cost, whether he has sufficient to finish it? Lest haply, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. Or what king, going to make war against another king sits not down first and consults whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that comes against him with twenty thousand? Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sends an ambassage, and desires conditions of peace. (Luke 14:28-32) If Jesus taught his disciples this while teaching them the importance of forsakeness to attain the Kingdom, he should have taught himself this beforehand.

Let me now draw your attention to the words that Jesus spoke to certain Greeks who had come up to meet him at the feast. The hour is come that the Son of man should be glorified. Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour, but for this cause did I come unto this hour. Father, glorify your name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying I have both glorified it and will glorify it again. And Jesus said, this voice came not because of me, but for your sake. Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the Prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. (John 12: 20-32)

From John 7: 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because  that Jesus was not yet glorified) it can be deducted that Jesus was not given the Holy Spirit until he was glorified. Only when the Father in Heaven glorified Jesus did he know that the Prince of the world was ousted and the Kingdom of God was established. That the period of darkness was replaced with the period of hope and light.

Jesus was confident about the establishment and growth of the Kingdom of God and he achieved it through ordinary people with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The gravity of the responsibility that he passed onto the leaders of the Kingdom of God can be understood from John 21:18, Verily, verily, I say unto you, when you were young, you gird yourself, and walk whither you like, but when you shall be old, you shall stretch forth your hands, and another shall gird you, and carry you whither you like not. This signifies that the fate of the Kingdom of God is in the hands of those leading it. It is in their discretion to lead the sheep of God into the green pastures of heaven or into the barren pastures of Hell.

The Kingdom of God

Now lets have a good understanding about the Kingdom of God. It was preached since the time of John, the Baptist, (Luke 16:16) who was sent to pave way for the light. The Kingdom of God is the stepping stone to attain the Kingdom of Heaven (everlasting life).

When Jesus was demanded of the Pharisees, when the Kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The Kingdom of God comes not with observation. Neither shall they say, Lo here or lo there! For behold, the Kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17: 20-21).

How far from Jesus dwell the myopic people that claim their religion or church to be the Kingdom of God!

The Kingdom of God is the period of mankind in which the manner of the mind matters the most. It is the time to gather oil to lighten up oneself to the Kingdom of Heaven, the time to live in the light shed by Jesus, the time to be hopeful and rejoicing, the time to conquer the forces that bring forth evil thoughts (Satanic spirits) like murders, adulteries, fornication, thefts, false witness, blasphemies, deceit, vanity, foolishness, selfishness etc., the time when the physician can heal the sick, the time when the lepers are cleansed, the dead are raised and the devils are casted out. It is the period of vast developments of medical and other sciences, the time to call the sinners to repentance.

In simple terms it is the time to acquire wisdom/spirit on the means and ways to increase your light/ power so that you can attain everlasting life. The Kingdom of God started with Jesus and ends with the Son of Man at whose time the Kingdom of Heaven starts.

Jesus gave two important laws to increase the light in you. You shall love the Lord, your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind. And love your neighbor as yourself. (Luke 10: 27) These laws can be followed by anyone irrespective of their religion, caste and creed, because we have already seen that the God is the Supreme wisdom and power, which can’t be confined in a name, shape or form.

When you observe the laws, those laws become angels for you because it will generate divine and noble thoughts like love, compassion, justice, tolerance, honesty, unselfishness, humility etc. (The fact that Jesus was tempted by Satan as given in Matt 4:1-11 was in fact the struggle in his mind on whether to use his wisdom (spirit) and power for selfish needs or for the establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth.)

Observing the laws of Jesus will make you emit positive thoughts and you will see nobility in others. The light of the body is the eye; if therefore your eye be single, your whole body shall be full of light. But if your eye be evil, your whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you be darkness, how great is that darkness. (Luke 6: 22-23)

Every righteous act of yours will help you shine forth as the sun in the Kingdom of the Father. (Matt 13:43) Every debt and trespass forgiven will increase your treasures in heaven. Every act that cannot be recompensed on earth will be compensated at the resurrection of the just. (Luke 14: 14) Every good deed of you will become the salt of your life, which will preserve it to the everlasting life.

Those following the footsteps of Jesus through thick and thin are the salt of the earth; but if that salt loses its savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out. And to be trodden under foot of men. (Matt 5: 13)

The Savour of Salt

The savour of the salt can be explained in modern terms with the help of its chemical structure.

Sodium chloride, i.e., common salt, is a stable compound formed when the element sodium, having an excess electron donates it to chlorine which is deficient of an electron. Sodium, the donor, becomes positively charged and chlorine, the recipient, attains a negative charge and this ‘give and take’ relationship is known as ionic bonding. Salt remains as salt only as long as this bonding remains.

This savour of the salt can be extended to the Kingdom of God also. The donor,  who does a good deed, receives a charge, which is favorable with respect to the Kingdom of the Father, because it brings forth favorable physical and emotional changes in you. The more you donate and the more is your righteousness, greater will be your charge. That is why Jesus exhorts to sell all that you have and donate it to the poor so that you will have treasures in heaven. (Luke 18: 22) Your favorable charges are the friends that you acquire with the wealth of unrighteousness and those charges are the only things that will be looked for at the time of resurrection. (Luke 16: 9)

Any true philanthropist will agree that he enjoys a superior feeling and that is because of his confidence about his friends (charges) that can take him to the everlasting abodes. He knows that the wealth that really matters has been added to his passbook of heaven.

Those who lay down their life itself for their friends are the greatest donors because their love is incomparable. (John 15:13)  Thus Jesus becomes the biggest donor because he laid down his life for others. Verily, verily, I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone; but if it die, it brings forth much fruit. He that loves his life shall lose it: and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto eternal life. (John 12:24-25)

The recipient in turn will lose favorable charges and his efforts to nullify the effect are the reason for him to be ungrateful more often than being grateful. When Jesus cured ten lepers, only one returned to thank him. Nine just disappeared without any trace. (Luke 17: 12-19) How many times were you taken by surprise by the ingratitude of your own debtors?

When you pray wholeheartedly your inner power aligns in tune with the Supreme Power and you become ready to receive the spirit and power that flows from the Supreme Being. That’s why Jesus said That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in Heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in their midst. (Matt 18:19-20) When you pray, enter into your closet and when you have shut the door, pray to your Father which is in secret and your Father which sees in secret shall reward you openly (Matt 6:6) and your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask him. (Matt 6:8)

Jesus could flow his power to only those who were ready to accept him. He couldn’t perform any miracle in front of those people who were skeptical (Mark 6: 5-6) because they were unprepared to receive from him.

When you judge others you are acting against yourself. Because you then set up a standard which is applicable to you also. Be lenient and you will be lenient to yourself. Be harsh and you take away your own light. The unfavorable physical and emotional changes in you when you are harsh to others can even be experienced, can’t you?

A good person can’t speak evil for out of the abundance of the heart does he speak. A good man out of the good treasures of his heart brings forth good things. And every idle word that men shall speak they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment. For by your words you shall be justified and by your words you shall be condemned. (Matt 12: 34-37)

Not everyone that says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that does the will of my Father, which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesized in your name? And in your name have cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from me, you that work iniquity (Matt 7:21-23) This has been said by none other than Jesus himself.

It is not Jesus who is going to take you to eternal life, but it is you yourself. He is the way and the light but you are the ones to walk down that way, which is narrow and difficult to tread. You can be reassured that he is the true way, so follow him and observe his doctrine. Everyone has been invited. But you won’t be selected lest you shine like the sun in the Kingdom. Not everyone that takes up an examination pass out with flying colors, save those who burn midnight oil. All things that offend and them that do iniquity shall be cast into a furnace of fire; where there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth (Matt 13: 41-42)

He who feeds the hunger, gives drinks to the thirsty, clothe the naked and visits those prisoners of desolation and misery, he will increase his light irrespective of his religion, color or creed. He will realize that the Supreme Knowledge essential for salvation is the law that all things whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them. (Matt 7:12) They will first seek the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and whatever they need shall be provided by the Father. (Matt 6: 33) Those last in this world will thus be first in the world to come, for the Son of man won’t forsake them on the Day of Judgment.

Then why was Jesus, the one who revealed the Supreme laws of the nature, crucified? When Christ comes, no man knows whence he is, but we know this man whence he is. (John 7: 27) Was this the reason that no man knew him or his doctrine that the Son of man must be lifted up (John 12:34) to the people who had heard the law that Christ abides for ever, the reason to reject and crucify him? No, but it was as per the wish of the Heavenly Father. His will was to oust the Prince of the evil (forces or circumstances generating devilish thoughts like despair, anger, hatred, greed, lust, loneliness etc.) and establish the Kingdom of God.

And the people seeked to kill him because his words had no place in them. (John 8: 37) Why couldn’t his words be understood by them? Weren’t it simple enough to be understood by common folks? They acted as if they didn’t understand him because they couldn’t obey his words. (John 8: 43) Rather than couldn’t, they wouldn’t as they were the Children of the Devil (John 8:44); who followed the laws to the letter, not in its spirit.

Elias said about them, This people draw near unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. But in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. (Matt 15: 8-9) Jesus’ despair about their attitude could be understood from his words as given in Matt 7: 6 Give not what which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast you your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. For the one that is of God will surely hear God’s words. (John 8:47)

Not all the Jews participated in crucifying him. Not more than two or three hundred of those in Jerusalem conspired against him. When the Gospel He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad (Matt 12:30) was fulfilled, the entire Jewish community had to suffer the consequences. History tells us that it was not the ones who crucified Jesus that were scattered but their children and grandchildren. (In AD 70 Jerusalem was trodden to the ground by the Romans because of a Jewish uprising and in AD 135 it was again overrun by Emperor Hadrian)

Would they have been scattered if they had accepted Jesus as the Christ? No. Jesus, the Son of God, had taught them that whosoever commits sins was the servant of sin and the servant couldn’t abide in the house for ever, but the son abides ever and if the son therefore shall make them free, they would be free indeed. (John 8: 35-36) If they had accepted him who frees the world of sin, they could have stayed at the top when the Romans also accepted him and embraced Christianity. Instead they chose to deny and kill him and be scattered abroad. It took them eons to be reunited as a nation.

The resurrection of the Son of God

Were the Jews able to disprove what that was written in the law that the Christ abides forever? No. The fact that even today Jesus lives in the minds of people proves that their efforts to subside him were futile.

The memories of the dead ones don’t die easily in the minds of those who were close to them.  Similar is the case with the knowledge/wisdom/spirit of the dead. Even that also survives. That is why a forensic expert can give details on a deceased like his body shape, age etc., by examining his remnants. But finer details like a person’s character, nature, feelings, emotions etc. can’t be deciphered from the remnants. But that ignorance doesn’t prove that these information don’t exist. Tomorrow man’s wisdom will help him to decipher those details also.

The spirit survives so does the power too. The evidence for this can be found in the Gospel. Jesus said, Abraham, Issac and Jacob are not dead, but they are living. Because God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. (Matt 22: 32)  Further Jesus told Martha at the time of Lazarus’ resurrection I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever lives and believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. (Matt 11:25-26) At the time of Jesus’ transfiguration Moses and Elias, the fathers of the past, were seen talking to him. (Matt 17: 2-3)

Nothing throws more light into resurrection than the case of Elias. Gabriel, the angel, appeared before Zacharias and told him about his son, John the Baptist, that he shall go before the Lord in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. (Luke 1:17) When people asked John whether he was Elias, he said that he was not. (John 1:21) When the disciples asked Jesus, saying why they say the scribes that Elias must come first? And Jesus answered and said to them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. But I say to you, that Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done to him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. Then the disciples understood that he spoke to them of John the Baptist. (Matt 17: 10-11)

Was John the Baptist Elias? No, because John himself denied being Elias. If you ask again whether John the Baptist was Elias the answer is yes because Jesus said so and none knows more about resurrection than him. John was not Elias, but was driven by the spirit and power of Elias. Those looking for the name, appearance and characteristics of Elias couldn’t find it in John. But those looking for the wisdom (spirit) and power of Elias could find it in John because the spirit and power of both were the same. Similar is the case with the Son of man too.

The Son of man

Let us examine what Jesus said about his resurrection. An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. (Matt 12: 39-40)

2 Peter 3:8 says, Be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. The first two millenniums after Jesus are over and this is the third millennium, the third day the Son of man being in the heart of the earth. Now is the Judgment Day and Jesus is here to compensate each man according to his deeds.

Is Jesus the Son of man? Yes, because he himself said so. If asked again whether Jesus is the Son of man the answer is no because Jesus never addressed the Son of man in the 1st person ‘I’ but always in the 3rd person ‘he’. He called himself Son of man when in fact he was the Son of God. He said, For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. (Matt 16: 27)

Those looking for the name, appearance and characteristics of Jesus in the Son of man won’t find it. But those looking for his spirit in the Son of man will certainly find it. Because the Spirit of both Jesus and the Son of man has to be the same. If your remember his words, And I will pray the father and he shall give you another Paraclete that he may abide with you forever. (John 14:16) and the Paraclete, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you? (John 14:26) you will get the true picture.

If the Son of man honors himself, his honor is nothing. But if it is the Father, who honors him, then his honor is true. (John 8:54) In this context let us see when the people did honor Jesus as the Son of God. He disciples worshipped him saying, Of a truth you are the Son of God when they were scared on seeing him walking on water. (Matt 14:24-34) Simon Peter acknowledged that Jesus was the Christ, the son of the living God, when the Father in heaven revealed it to him. (Matt 16:13-17)

When the centurion and the people who were with him saw the earthquake and those things that were done when Jesus left his soul, they feared greatly and said, Truly this was the Son of God. (Matt 27:54) When Jesus overcame death and was resurrected, what most people around him did was to prove him an imposter, not to accept him. But on occasions when the Heavenly Father honored him, they readily admitted that he was the Son of God, because of great fear.

Jesus had not even an iota of doubt about his status as the Son of God. But many of those around him were ready to accept him only if they witnessed a miracle. And the greatest miracle, his resurrection, that they were not ready to accept as they were the Children of the Devil.

He had come to call the sinners to repentance and to establish the Kingdom of God, to show light to those in darkness and he had to be subjected to death and resurrection. But now the Son of man has come again, but this time to call the righteous into the Kingdom of the Father, to let them attain and enjoy eternal life. This time not the Son of man but the sinners will be the losers and the situation is so grave that Jesus himself said about it, For wherever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together. (Matt 24:29)

Jesus has given two signs that would denote the onset of the Judgment Day

a) For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, not ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. (Matt 24:21-22)

b) Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall from heaven; and the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

When these signs are fulfilled the world will be compelled to give ears to the Son of man. (Unless the signs are fulfilled there is no compulsion on the world to accept him) What exactly is the first sign? The hint is given in Matt 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; when his branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. It is of little significance whether the tree is a fig tree or a mango tree.

What is important is the time when the tree starts to yield its fruits. It was the fruits of the tree of everlasting life that was denied to Adam and his generations. (Gene 3:22) When the Son of man is resurrected to judge the world after being in the heart of the earth for three days, those elected to the Kingdom of Heaven will be given the fruits of the everlasting life. So the fig tree putting forth leaves denotes the resurrection of the Son of man. He is the one with the Supreme Spirit and the Father will shower the world with Supreme Power during his time. This showering of power into the world by the Supreme Power denotes the summer. Thermal radiation or the energy received by the earth will increase manifold. But that’s not the end of this generation, because those days will be shortened for the sake of the elected.

The second sign denotes the darkening of the sun and the moon for a long period. As the moon reflects sunlight it will darken when the sun is darkened. Does this mean that the nuclear fission in the sun will end and eventually render it a black hole? Not necessarily be. If something appears between the sun and the earth, the sun will be darkened as far as the earth is considered. What if a curtain of dust encompasses the earth! Meteors and asteroids falling on earth (remnants of stars) are capable of raising such a curtain. And the forces in heaven shall be shaken because it is the time when the heaven is made inhabitable.

The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. (2 Peter 3:10) Therefore look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness. (2 Peter 3:13)

Astronomers will know that the probability of the sun’s radiation increasing and asteroids/ meteors falling on earth is very high compared to it not happening. The skeptics who believe that the life on earth is an accidental occurrence can count these catastrophes as mere accidents.

If the Son of man were to come from Heaven Jesus would have addressed him Son of God or God itself. But he called the one to be resurrected as the Son of man because he was to be raised from among the mankind itself. The name and the date have already been given. (St. Malachy, the Archbishop of Armagh, who died in 1148, had prepared a papal register that ends with a Peter at a time calculated as the the beginning of this millennium. Nostradamus prophesied the name to be Mabus and the place to be Aquatic Triplicity (where 3 water bodies meet) )

But he won’t be as expected by today’s world. (Jesus himself was entirely different from the expectations of the Jews who were awaiting the arrival of a mighty one as the Son of God) If he were to come on clouds of the Heaven people would rather call him an ‘Extraterrestrial’ and subject him to be studied rather than listening to him. If the world has to witness his arrival they have to be looking at the sky constantly because he will be coming at the most unexpected time and he should be as big and bright as the sun to be seen everywhere simultaneously. Even that is absurd because the sun and the moon can be witnessed only by one hemisphere at a time because of the earth’s spherical shape.

Can the words of Jesus, And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory, go wrong?  (Matt 24:30) Heaven and earth will pass away but not the words of Jesus. Jesus, unbound by time, possessed the ability to be in the past as well as in the future. He was the Supreme knowledge, the Master of the Universe and so the things to happen in the future were not hidden from him. But if he had explained it to those around him they wouldn’t have understood him. Already there were people who called him insane because of their inability to comprehend his words and he didn’t want to add to their confusion.

When he said that the people would witness the coming of the Son of man in the clouds of heaven he was merely hinting at the time of his arrival. The time when the Sons of man would travel in the clouds of sky in aero planes and other means of air travel. The invention of aero planes and the like were in the fate of this generation. If Wright Brothers hadn’t invented it someone else would have invented it. It was the wish of the Supreme Spirit to pass on that wisdom to this generation at a particular time and the chosen ones were gifted that wisdom. Similar is the case with television, internet. These are the means by which the sons of this generation can watch whatever happens in any part of the world.

The speed of today’s modes of transportation is that of lightning in comparison with that of the time of Jesus. (Lightning is the flow of electricity which is required for internet also)

Jesus was merely hinting at the kind of developments mankind was going to achieve before the establishment of the New World. Further the words He shall send his angels (forces generating positive thoughts or empowered positive energy) with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other (Matt 24:31) hint about the change of direction of the earth’s magnetic field. When every one shall become power, charged favorably or unfavorably or even neutral, the rotation of the magnetic field can gather the favorably charged at one end and the unfavorably charged at the other. The favorably charged will find a place in the New World; they will be members of the New Generation enjoying eternal life. Whereas the unfavorably charged will be cast into the core of the earth where the molten material becomes the everlasting fires of Hell from where they cannot escape.

It is in the discretion of the Son of man to decide on how favorably charged should attain the New World and how unfavorably charged should be condemned to the fire of Hell. The vast majority of people won’t be woken up from their sleep as they are a mixture of good and the evil, divine thoughts as well as devilish. (This deduction of debts is one of the unrighteous acts of the unjust steward as told in Luke 16:1-8) The Son of man i.e. the child of light, is the unjust steward and he is called unjust because he acts in favor of this generation. (the people from the time of Noah till his day) But this unjust act is sure to please the Father in Heaven because his wish is none but the same.

The unjust steward is none other than the unjust Judge (Luke 18:1-5) who is ready to take up his job only when a widow pesters him to avenge her adversaries. (Note that the duty of a judge is to give justice and not to avenge the adversaries of any. Further pardoning the adversaries is the way of the Kingdom of God, not avenging them). The judge finds it necessary to avenge for the widow (her widowship with respect to the Kingdom of Heaven) because she had gained the adversaries in her act to save him (that very act reassures him about his stature as the Supreme Judge). This widow was his mother and the people around her judged her wrongly for her act and their judgment is a violation of Jesus’ law Judge not and you also won’t be judged.  They judged her and consequently the Supreme Judge has assumed his chair.

That widow is the caretaker of the garden who refused to act as per the will of the Heavenly Father  when he asked her to cast down the fig tree as it was not bearing fruits. Jesus himself had caused a fig tree to wither away when it was not bearing fruits even when he knew that it was not the season of figs.

She had cut down a papaya tree blaming that it was not bearing fruits and found it to be too painful to cut even a tree. As we said earlier the fig tree to bear fruits of everlasting life is none other than the Son of man, her son and she couldn’t cut it down. That’s the caretaker in the  parable of the Barren Fig Tree. (Luke 13:6-9)

It was the fulfillment of Matt 10:21, The brother shall deliver up the brother to death and the Father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents and cause them to be put to death. (God and Jesus, both ordered the destruction of the Fig Tree when it refused to bear fruits and his resistance to bear fruits costed his mother her life. But her smoke rose up for ever and ever resulting in the creation of Kingdom of Heaven.)

Another hint about the Son of man is given in Luke 12:35-38. Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; and you yourself like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he comes and knocks, they may open unto him immediately. But Matt 22:30 says For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. As there is no marriage in heaven, the Gospel that the Lord will return from the wedding implies that he is not from heaven but from this world itself.

When he comes and knocks, the servants can’t open the door and receive him if they are asleep (lost in the pleasures of the world). Only those who are awaken and watching for the establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven can receive him and he shall give them due importance in the new order. But if they are not with him their future generations won’t be scattered as happened in the case of Jesus. (This is the second deduction of debt by the unjust steward, which in fact is a really unjust decision)

Coming back to the wedding of the Lord, let us see what the symbols of wedding are. Putting on the best robes, shoes on feet, a ring on the hand, killing the fatted calf and merry making are all symbols of wedding. And these symbols are given in Luke Chapter 15. It is the parable of the Prodigal Son where the younger Son wasted his wisdom with riotous living. A mighty famine fell on him and he was in want. He was the fig tree but such was his refusal to bear fruits that the Father and the elder Son had to ask the citizen tending him to eliminate him.

He got an extension of life, returned to his Father and Brother and confessed that he had sinned against heaven. He didn’t want to be called as the Son of God but as his servant, just as a Son of man, like all Sons of man. (Jesus, the Son of God, called himself Son of man and downsized himself so that his younger brother was not smaller than him in stature.) But the Father accepted him wholeheartedly and directed the servants to celebrate the occasion. And then are the symbols of marriage given in that parable. The second son was able to marry only after his Father glorified and honored him. Or his marriage is the sign of him being accepted by the Heavenly Father. (Refer Lesson 10 the fulfilment of Revelations)

Kingdom of Heaven

The Day of Judgment commences when the second son is accepted by the Father. And that puts an end to the Kingdom of God. As it has already happened this is the eleventh hour for this generation to start seeking the knowledge of eternal life. The Heavenly Father is willing to give it to them.

But the big question is who will be selected? As this is eternal life, there is no room for mistakes because there is no option to eliminate an imperfect person. Only those who have multiplied the light in them like the growth of a mustard seed into a big tree and like the spread of leaven in three measures of meal (Matt 13:31-34) will be taken into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Now is the time of the arrival of the bridegroom. This is the last moment to review whether you are among the five virgins who had taken oil when they went forth to meet the bridegroom. Then you will be in the chamber with him. If you are among those foolish virgins who forgot to take oil, who failed to recognize and accept him on time, then the door will be shut on your face and you will be told that you are strangers to him. (Matt 25:1-12) If you are like the servant who, being afraid of his Lord failed to multiply the spirit and power given to him, you will be denied entry into the New World. Those who multiplied that what was given to them tenfold and fivefold will find authority in the Kingdom of Heaven. (Matt 25 14-30)

If you are ready to accept the Son of man, you will listen to his words. You will heed to his words to turn to the Lord who appeared to Abraham and Moses on the Mount at least at this last moment. If you are firm in your belief that the Son of man will come in the clouds of sky, then you will wither away this fig tree. (Refusing to accept his doctrine is equivalent to withering him away)

If you don’t believe him and harbor doubts about him, even that will be the fulfillment of the Gospel. Nevertheless when the Son of man comes, shall he find faith on earth? (Luke 18: 8) Shall the Gospel John 12:40 be also fulfilled in you, He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them? The probability of this becoming true is high because Jesus has also said, For as the lightning that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shines unto the other part under heaven, so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. (Luke 17: 24-25)

But if you say unto the beliefs in your mind, which is as firm as a mountain, be removed and be cast in to the sea, it shall be done. (Matt 21: 21) You can receive the Son of man as the Ninevites received Jonas and you will enjoy the fate of Ninevites. You can also receive him as the Jews received the Son of God and you can predict your own fate.

It becomes imperative to remove the mountains in your mind and replace it with new ones. As Jesus himself said, no man can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. (Matt 6:24) The law and the prophets before the establishment of the Kingdom of God had taught the people an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. This was so firm in the minds of the chosen people that they couldn’t cast it out and accept the the law Love your enemy. Even so is the situation now.

The Judgment Day is like the time of Noah. As Jesus said, but of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark. And knew not until the flood came and took them all away; so shall the coming of the Son of man be. (Matt 24: 36)

Days of Noah

To have a clear picture on what is going to happen during the period of Judgment Day you should have a clear picture on what happened during the days of Noah.

Some people believe that life originated on earth by accident. And the living beings evolved into the present form as a result of its attempts to adapt to its surroundings. They say the superior intelligence of man is because a few women living on some particular seashore happened to eat food rich with brain stimulants (e.g. Omega-3 Amino acid) during their pregnancy. Or the environmental challenges resulted in the evolution of a complex brain. Any development achieved by a few spreads throughout those around over a period of ten or twenty thousand years. Theory of Natural Selection and Theory of the survival of the Fittest are their guiding lights.

But the scripture says that there is a Supreme Power that created life on earth. And that Supreme Power is in constant efforts for its creations to achieve perfection. When he wants to bring certain improvements in any of his creations he brings it out in a few, destroy the rest and rebuilt the new generation from those improved few. During the time of Noah the entire population was reduced to a few pairs of each living being. Improvements were made on it over a period of time and this generation blossomed from it. The Supreme Power always favors a small group within a creation, which he selects to adapt to the new environment. And those creations that don’t find his favor are made to disappear from the face of the earth.

Science is the study of nature and the universe whereas theology attempts to understand the Master of the Universe. When the Master is nothing but the Supreme Wisdom and Power the line separating science and theology narrows.

Theology is the study of God, the study of those who attain the Supreme Spirit and Power by aligning their inner spirit and power with it. Some are blessed with spirit and power when they are in the mother’s womb itself; some attain it through their efforts.

Blessed are those who know that the Supreme Power wants each of his creations to achieve perfection by being righteous in their thoughts and deeds.

Conclusion

After the Judgment Day those shining like the sun will attain eternal life and live in the New World. They will reside with the Father  because they themselves will be spirit and power. That what is written in the law, I said, you are Gods, For to you came the word of God (John 10:34) will be fulfilled in them.

The entire Bible will be condensed into just four chapters. The first three chapters of the Genesis will remain the same and the 4th chapter will be as following And the Lord God multiplied the children of Adam like the stars of the sky. He desired to give them the fruits of the tree of eternal life and sent the light to set fire on the earth so that he could give them his spirit. (John 8:12 & Luke 12:49) The light stayed on the earth for three days and judged the world. Those already kindled were selected and  given the fruits of the tree of the eternal life.

The entire history of mankind will be stated in four sentences. And the days from Jesus till the New World will be only three days. (The third day is the day of resurrection and judgment)

Most of these have been taken from the Scriptures. Though the words of Jesus were written many decades after him and that too in different languages, whatever I needed was there in it. This is the fulfillment of the Gospel, I have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. How be it when he, the Spirit of Truth is come, he will guide you into all truth, for he shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me; for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. All things that the Father has are mine: therefore said I that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you. (John 16:12-15)

2 Peter 3:10

The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

What should a good citizen do when he sees the thief? Should he keep quiet or should he inform others?
